@aBoyDesign uses a 5-phase, user-centered design process. This process is proven to bring your ideas and our work together and helps transit each phase smoothly.

We will present our progress at the end of each phase so that you are also aware where we are.

Phase 1: Strategy & Planning

The most important step in the process is finding out what you want and what features will help your business grow the most. This can be achieved by careful, thorough analysis of your environment and is a pre-requisite to developing an appropriate strategy.

Phase 2: Initial Payment & Design

If our proposal is agreeable to you, we’ll put together a basic contract agreement for your review. After we receive the signed contract agreement and initial payment of 25 percent of total estimated cost, we will begin designing your site. At this point, you can also mail or e-mail any text, photos or additional media that you would like on your site.

Phase 3: Prototype & Implementation

The fun part starts. During the prototype and implementation phase, we will create a color scheme, mockup design, and any necessary functionality for your review. We will constantly keep in touch with you for your inputs. After all, your inputs are the key ingredients to your site!

Phase 4: Development

Another fun part. In the development phase, we will design and develop the complete site and it is uploaded to our client access area for your review and approval.

Phase 5: Deployment

In the deployment phase, we will invoice you for the balance of the development cost, and then your site is released to the world - the exciting moment! We also anticipate enhancement and expansion of your site and collaborate with you to maintain a cutting edge business tool.
